whats up ppl.. just started working out out and dieting. I'm 22 weight 168 25% bf and I am 5'7.. my friend gave me the Gaspari stack (sizeon,sp250,pj, and novedex xt) and i am using the lifestlye cut diet from http://www.scivationbooks.com/lifestyle.htm as well as TRI-PHASE for my training http://www.scivationbooks.com/triphase.htm well thanks for hearing me out and i hope i can improve my body.

I been hearing that it tears peoples a** up, but my friend says its so great and what not so he gave me the stack free..so its either take this for free or go out and find something which i don't know really where to starting looking for a stack.
