Hello everyone, got this site looking around google.
I'm 25 from UK, been boxing past 10 years and decided to turn my spare time to weight training![]()
On finishing boxing at Xmas i weighed 11 STONE. I now weigh 13 STONE on the button and i still have my six pack. weight Training 3 or 4times a week depending on routine. I also use
track for sprints.
I'm 5ft 11" and i rarely drink booze and i dont smoke or eat crap.
I'm lucky to train with a friend who has been doing weights past 4yrs so i train hard and rest and eat properly.
I only take protien Shakes at the moment " Reflex Instant Whey" but i eat proplery and like a horse.
I'm tempted to try Dianabol however still doing my homework
