    Former fat guy saying hello and looking for guidance

    Well I did have a long ass story on here, but instead I think I'll just keep it simple. I'm 6' 1", formerly 290lbs now just over 190lbs. Entirely natural so far, but I'm researching. Probably have a shitload of questions so bear with me.
