Another Noob here to say hello.
Hey guys/gals. I have been reading for a week or so on the site trying to learn stuff from everyone. I have been working out all my life, but ran into some physical issues a few years back, and had to stop. I have been back into working out again for about a year, and I am trying to learn all the new stuff out there. I ended up here searching for diet recipes, and ended up reading a lot of interesting information on gear as well. Have always wondered about it, and now I feel more informed than before. I also fell more confused than before. I guess thats how it should be when you start learning new stuff though. There is way more to this than I ever imagined. I appreciate all the information being out there though, and want to thank everyone for the input to help people be informed.
I live in NC in the piedmont area so if any of you guys live around here I would love to start pm'ing some to get to know other people out there working out. I would love to speak with people about diet as well. That is what I am really trying to get a handle on right now. I have learned a ton of stuff about it so far, but any help is always great. I work out at a home gym so ever getting gear is going to be a long shot. I am a long ways from needing it anyway. Hit me up sometime if you guys ever feel like helping someone out though with information, and if I find information on the topics I will gladly throw my knowledge your way as well.
