hey what's up guys
my name is jer and im 19. i've been lifting on and off for the past 3 years, but this year is serious business.
i'm going to school full time and work a part time job, but i still manage to find time to lift 4-5 times a week.
i want to start cutting down my body fat and get some serious gains, and i'm ready to re-dedicate myself to something i really enjoy.
i want to learn as much as i can with how the body works, reacts after a work out, and heals post-workout.
