Glad to be aboard...
hey all... new to the site/forums...
I've been working out for about 15 years, still learning and still enjoying it. I'm here to learn a little bit from some more experienced posters on a few topics.
I'm 5' 11" and my weight will range from 185 - 205 lbs depending on my carido and diet. I compete in BJJ so making weight for competition is the driver for my weight and composition.
Well good to be here, lots of good info so far.
