    Thumbs up hey everyone,new guy from MD.

    hi everyone,I just joined the site 2 weeks ago.I'm 25 years old,6'0 tall,215 pounds with about 14 percent body fat.I am on my last week of my first cycle and have gotten very pleasing results putting on 15 pretty solid pounds with 500mg test cyp and 500 mg deca along with a good diet and hardcore 5 day a week training.Iv'e been viewing this site for the past couple months and I love the forums on here,lots of good info and seems like alot of good bro's.Very glad to be part of the community.
