I've been training for about 5 months now. I go to a gym in Milton Keynes. My aim is to get alot of size and get stronger. I am quite slim but toned. But that isn't what im after at the mo. I want to bulk up but just cant seem to do it. Hopefully ill get there one day.
Cant wait to start getting tips and advice on workout programmes and methods.
