Hey,
Well as you might be able to tell buy the screen name, I am a pilot in the Marine Corps. I am still currently in flight school although I only have a couple more months left until i get my wings. I have been looking for extra supplements for my workout regime and was looking into the effectiveness of pills and sprays. After searching through some of these posts and this great site I have come to the conclusion that they are just a waste of money haha.
Anyways, as you can imagine it is hard to workout as much as I would like to with my flight training. But I would like to gain some more mass and build another 15-20lbs on me.
When I'm not flying I enjoy muay thai and doing some crossfit workouts.
