Old timer in Japan

Hi All.
I'm a 23 year training vet now living working in Japan (where sauce is apparently - legal).
Did a smattering of NPC shows in my youth in New England and one in Japan some 10 years ago.
I been shipping supps. from the States a lot and have only recently learned what a waste of time this may be in comparison with real gear.

Anyway, I'm working toward getting bigger and strong again and look forward to chatting with you all!

I speak enough to get by, but frankly I'm not really improving much as I don't use it much as work or at home. C'est la vie.

Japan has good points and bad, like anyplace else. Sometimes it bugs the crap out of me and makes me frustrated about stupid things (like why can't people walk in a damn straight line in stations and on the sidewalk). But there are things I like: healthcare is cheap and accessible (2000 yen for blood work), transportation is crowded but free if your company covers it (mine does), and I love my job.
I won't stay here forever - no question about that however. Even my Japanese wife misses the States - we lived and worked there for ten years, moved back to Japan recently.
