Ive decided to join after a couple years of reading threads and gaining info. This site really has a ton of great material.
A little about myself:
im 23yo. Used to run cross country and weighed 130lbs at 5'9. stopped running and started lifting weights without a plan or diet and got upto 140lbs. In 2007 I had some bullsh*t go down that pissed me off so i decided im going to set some goals. Got in the gym, watched some ronnie coleman youtube videos, researched and realized i needed to stuff my face with good food and stop drinking beer. Went from 140lbs to 178lbs from march 25th to sept. 1st. Then i must of hit a plateau, kind of lost the excitement. Started to slack on the diet and stopped lifting so much, weight dropped to 170 and Ive been off and on, unmotivated till now. Ill be moving in a week and thought Id finally join this forum because Ill have some questions in a couple weeks about my diet.
