Looking for some advice

Hey everyone out there. Just so happen to stumble on this site and couldn't turn away. I nearing 30 and have been hitting the gym 6 hours a week putting up as much as I can in such short time. I had a 7 year tour with the Marines that kept me small but fast the entire time. Now that I have some weight on me I'm looking to start a cycle to help boost me with some gains but have no idea where to begin with so much out there product wise. I couldn't take a needle if I wanted to so I need a beginner product in pill form. My budget isn't huge so-a bigginer product without crazy results is fine. Any help is greatly appreciated.

your best bet is to research all the stickys and just read through the forums as much as possible, also an all oral cycle is a tabo

welcome aboard,
and oral only steroids are a no no, since they are methylated and can be taken just for so long. if u are not ready to pin u are not ready for aas

Thank you all for the warm welcome. A lot of questions answered already. ghettoboyd-lol, I have no idea where the fear of needles came from-it is a bit of a crutch here.
