I have been lurking a while but recently posted in another area, thought I would make introductions.
I am 35yrs (old now.....) Been training on and off for about 20 years. I have a pretty good base and some old injuries to go with them....

about 11-12% B.F.
Just started with I guess my second cycle but my first informed one. My first cycle was when I was young and dumb, no information other than my meat head buddy ha..as no internet... First Cycle was when I was 21 and was pretty much as much D-Bol as I could stomach for about two months...Don;t remember exactly the dosages. Scared the crap out of myself with some pretty serious migraines ect...(die-big die-strong die-anabol...)
Went clean for the next 14 years, training on and off.
My body does not recover like it used to and I got a little soft with kids and work. So......made up my mind a couple of years ago to get back to it and not waste my 30's.
I just started my first cycle of Sustanon...325mg/ week now a 12 week cycle (originally 16 but since changed from some good advice)
PCT:
1-4 Nolva 20mgs
1-4 Clomid 50mgs.
I have made some very nice gains in the first 6 weeks in strength and size...I love the recovery and mental focus as well.
Started changing my eating again, It has been SUPER clean just not enough, so I am working up to 3500 Cal per day over six meals.....
