    New Guy Seeking Advice

    Hello everyone

    i am looking for some advice on what pct to take any general advice on my training!!!

    i am 19 and 6ft tall, i weigh around 13st (82kg) i weight train 5 times a week and also have rugby training twice with a game on saturdays so do lots of cardio. i have been training full time for around 2 years. i was 76kg when i started.

    i have previosly taken 2 cycles, sus and deca and sus and enanthate. i managed to keep the majority of my gains.

    i have quite a good diet and maintain eating lots of meals throughout the day as this as ive been told can enhance general muscle mass and weight gain.

    i am just about to take a 6 week cycle of test enanthate and deca 300! and wondering what pct to take afterwards and if this is the right course to be taking????

    i play rugby in the backs (for those who dont know rugby it is similiar to a running back in american football) it is therefore essential that i keep my speed as this is one of my main attributes whilst playing! therefore is this the type of course that will bulk me to much and therefor prohibit this??? and what can i do in my training to make sure this doesnt happen??

    Man where do I begin. First of all you are too young to be cycling at all. Second of all tell me about the first two cycles. You have gained a total of 6kg !!!!!! You are doing everything wrong. Six weeks is to short for the cycle you are suggesting . It takes Test E aroound that long before it even begins working. I would love to see your diet as well because if that isnt right, and I bet it isnt, then that is another reason why your cycles have failed !!!

    well the first cycle i did was deca 300 and sustanon 250 i did that for 41/2 weeks and had 7 injections 1ml of each each time! the second cycle i did was test enanthate and sustanon i did that for 5 weeks and had 10 injections. i put on about 3 kg each time and my weight has been pretty steady since then! i have recently started training my legs much more often as my upper body was the main area where i put most of the weight on! my diet is pretty gd but have only been doing that eating of every 2hrs thing for the past month or so! i take protein supplements also! how long are you supposed to do test enan and deca for?? any tips on training/diet?? cheers

    Welcome, 12 weeks seems the norm for a test E cycle.

    Post your current diet in the diet forum and we'll see what we can do to improve you in that area

    Your cycles are too short thats why you arnt gainig the best you can. You should do theses cycles for 12 weeks not four or five !!! Also your diet needs to look like this

    Meal 1: Pro/Carb

    8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

    50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat



    Meal 2: Pro/Fat

    Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies

    55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat



    Meal 3: Pro/Carb

    Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

    55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
    **Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.


    Meal 4: Pro/Fat

    2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies

    60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat



    Workout


    Meal 5: PWO Nutrition

    2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose

    40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat



    Meal 6: PPWO

    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)

    50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat



    Meal 7: Pro/Fat

    Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
    50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat



    Meal 8: Before Bed

    3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil

    60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat


    That turns into approximately 420 grams protein, 250 grams Carbs, and 83 grams of fat. This is roughly 3500 calories

    right thanks alot. ill try to get myself started on this diet or something similiar because my diet doesnt look anything like this at the moment. any suggestions for a pct after doing a test e cycle??
