hi everyone first off all I'm just a new member here. my name is john and i have a big problem, I would really appreciate if you could give me some advice about my problem..
well I'm a skinny guy, 21 years old, my height is around 5feet and 5inches up to 5 feet and 6inches. my weight is around 106. now want to gain weight but it cant do it. (mostly I take a shit every after meal, or when school days i shit twice a day.. one in the morning and one in the afternoon.) i want to take steriods but it's too expensive and i can't afford it.
i eat 2-3 cups every meal (rice, meat, vegetables etc.) but still I don't gain weight.
I admit that i have a couple of vices like smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages, uhm staying up late.
can i still gain weight even though i have vices? how can i gain weight in 1-2 months.. what do you think is the right weight for me? how can i gain weight even though i don't quit my vices?
I really want to go to the gym but Im shy because Im skinny and i think that people might laugh at me.
