    New here and also learning!

    Great resource here on AR! Soaking it in like a sponge.

    I do have few questions but don't know where to start. Just turned 42 and trying hard to stay fit and "healthy" if possible but you can't fight with your clock forever. Sometime you need a juicy friend.

    um, yes..I've read the rules. If you read my first post "I've have a few questions but don't know where to start", in which why I wrote the last line.

    No, I don't think that this site is there only for one reason. This is a awesome site if your looking for wealth of informations.

    I've been noticing some of the members has been sending private messaging to other members asking for help.

    So, pardon my introduction if I took it the wrong direction. There's no reason to jump on my case, I apologize. I'm just asking for direction, that's all.

    Big: Lol, I'm cool. its just difficult going in a right direction without being too careful. Please remind me if I step on another wrong foot here.

    Stpete: I want to start on some GH 191aa, not 192aa. Which brand is more effective and have better results, yellow top, brown top (yes, I've read the forum)? I'm a little weary about developing anit-bodies. My main adjective is to lose bodyfat, gain lean muscles and of course...looking younger.

    I'm 42, 5'10 and weight at 203. My ideal cycle is at 2-3ui per day, 5/2 for about 6 months. I believe this is the right way, if not, please let me know. Thanks.

    I've being involve in Body For Life program twice and it's time for me to step up a notch. My diet and exercising are very strict, so having willpower is not a problem.
