ive been on here for a lil bit just browsing thru...only posted a couple times...this site has an insane amount of information and at times it can be a bit overwhelming...im def not a professional bodybuilder but i appreciate all aspects of training.
i dont do juice...hence the name...i tried a couple cycles of deca when i was younger but im a lil older and more focused now...however i have debates in my head about gear....im 29 weigh about 180 at 5'8.5 (c'mon i give myself half inches!)
all i really want to do is cut my body fat down and get rippped without losing muscle...i want striations and veins but still look thick as helll....problem is you need to eat to maintain muscle and energy but over eating doesnt help losing weight...running so much is aiight but i dont have a hr just to devote to cardio everyday....and i dont want rely on "fat burners" off the shelf....i thought about clen but i dunno...i even have some but its sooo old...sorry to rant...anyway just introduce myself...!
