well u deffo have a good base mate, and have knowedge of dieting as u have competed b4 i wud recomend the usual newbie starter wich is,test e/c 12wk and maybe a dbol kickstart for 4 weeks. but u need to use this forum to do loadsa research mate onest theres nuffin u cnt find or learn on here and the guys r top and kno thier $hit

sum like them most dont oral only cycle are horrible and from what iv seen u lose alot of ur gaines and with bdol theres alot of water retention
