Should prob have done this first instead of jumping right in with no intro. So here goes:
Im 40 yrs old (actually will be in few weeks) Have been training for 18 yrs. Juicing on and off for 15 years - 12-13 of those years i consider productive as far as decently planned to well planned cycles. I am now just recently back to the gym - I was in a serious car accident this spring -just now able to start to train productively. I broke several bones both legs / both ankles / 1 foot / sternum/2 vertibre and jaw. Lost tons of weight from jaw break then put on bunch of fat from losing all self discipline and drive and being sedintary. That being said Im back now and very motivated ...main goal is dropping bodyfat and taking myself as far as i can clean before hopping back on. Im resisting the urge to jump right back on cycle but in my present condition I think it best to get in the best condition i can w/o juice then jump back on. Its not a sprint its a marathon. Anyway - Good to be a part of Forum - sorry if i rambled on *L* - Seamus
