Hello, I've been reading on this site for a while now. I'm 18 into bodybuilding for several years now and want to learn all I can for possible use of anabolics years down the road.
I've never really used any supps besides clen. Never used protein supps, creatine, NO, t boosters, nothing. Weight is at 190 lbs @ 5' 8".
The only measurements I know:
Arms 15.5" - they don't build that well
Chest 45.5"
Waist 33"
Stats for lifts: 285 lbs bench, 385 lbs squat, 450 lbs deadlifts
