What's up everyone? My name is Dave, relatively new to the site of course. I've been weight training consistently for 3 years now, not including the high school sports training for an additional 4. Usually, train 4-5 times a week . I'm 5'9" 200, age 21. Not quite sure of my BF% but if i had to guess it would be around 14%. My diet has been up and down forever though. But, I've managed to build some good muscle. Sick of tryin new N.O.'s, creatine combos. etc. So, I believe I'm ready to move to the next level but don't know nearly enough about AS. So helppp/ advice needed.
