Diet: meal 1 100g oats
meal 2 100g turkey, 100g almonds
meal 3 1 banana, 300g beef, 50g spuds, 20g garden peas
meal 4 250g pasta 250g tuna, 300g tomatoes, 50g olives
meal 5 100g oats
meal 6 100g chicken breast
meal 7 100g cottage cheese
I also take protein supps 4 times daily and vits. Im 37 years old and have been training on and off for 4years. My goal is to look simlar to j cutler
However i might be dreaming there. Ive done 3 courses of sus and dec in the past and made some great gains. But now its time for me to get serious and go that extra mile. I look forward to learning as much as possible from you guys. By the way im from Britain. Thanks
