Hi everybody,
i am pretty new to this site only been on here for about a month but then again i have only been lifting for a year now. started because i needed to rehab an injury and am now hooked. started out training for bodybuilding but met some guys about three months ago and now i train for powerlifting. im really new to the sport but have learned alot from all the post i have read on this site and the research that i have done. right now my PR's are bench 315lb, deadlift 405lb, and squat 495lb. they are not as good as i would hope since i weigh about 220lbs but i am busting my ass to get them higher.
i have never done a cycle and if i ever do i plan on waiting a little while longer. i dont think i have learned enough about lifting to get the most out a cycle anyway.
