Hey guys,
First off, I just want to say this site rocks. I'm a long time lurker, I've just never gotten involved in all the activity of the site. I'm not new to the gym, but I can still always find something of interest/help on here. I have a few cycles under my belt, and am just starting out on a new one now, after taking some time off, so I decided to jump on so I can share with/get help from the experts on here.
