    Just Joined/ What to use?

    I'm 5-11, 185lbs.
    body fat 13%
    Working out 1.5yrs.[/B][/B][/B] I had great results for the first couple of months, then it tapered off gradually. Now it seems I fight like hell for every tiny growth!!! I need some advice on the best things to get me started off right. It would be greatly appreciated.

    We also need ur diet. 1.5 yr is not long enough to reach ur genetic potential clean. I no u dont want to hear this but Diet and a change in ur Workout is all u need.

    i'm 29
    Diet: i'm just getting started with a real diet. I take in approx. 150/200 grams of protein a day. mostly through shakes. i'm really too great with this balanced diet yet either.

    Welcome aboard. Tons of great info here. I'm fairly new in these parts but have been lifting for 20+ years and I wish I knew what the hell I was doing with regards to diet back then. IMHO it is every bit as important as what you do in the gym.
