    introduction

    Hello to all!
    My name is Mike... Ive been lurking here for a while now reading up on the wealth of info yall have here. I just wanted to say hello, introduce myself and thank you for all the info here. Im glad I came across this site before I started my gear... Ive learned alot here.

    thanks for all the warm welcomes... also thanks for all the info... my first shot was a major pain in the @$$ then I did a search and found some good tips... needless to say I can walk and do squats not... im in the 3rd week and seeing impressive weight and strength gains...

    just a quick rundown.. 1st time user... Sust. 250
    28 years of age
    5'7
    160lbs
    7 1/2% bf
    been lifting for 4 years
    soccer player as well
    great diet... I realized after about two years workn out that this was most important.
