Hey all,
I'm new to the board. I've been lifting off and on for over 20 years, started when I was 14 or 15 for wrestling and I am 37 now. I was pretty serious about it when in the Marine Corps, and put on some decent size and strength, then cut back in the years that followed. I went through a phase where I was heavily into triathlon and during that time pretty much lost most mass and a lot of strength. At that time I was only lifting 1-2x a week and only doing 9 or so sets for most body parts, and zero for bi/tri, and all of it very high rep.
Anyway, a couple years back I started doing a more traditional bodybuilding routine, made some gains, and now I again want to add some additional lean mass.
I'll be looking for advice and whatnot.
