    Hey all, im new to this whole forum and what not and am trying to figure out how to start out. if anyone could send me a pm and help me out that would be great

    You cant use pm for a whil not sure how many posts you need. Also dont expect people to openly give out sources even by pm. Eventually when you do get pm'ed you risk getting scammed. Welcome though!

    kk, thanks guys. some information about me

    Age -18
    Height -6'2
    Weight - 260
    Bodyfat% not quite sure
    Goals - to basically see how big i can get, more in it for mass
    cycle experience - none
    workout experience - to much. I recently just quit football with a ncaa division 2 school and played defensive tackle. Have a lot of experience in the weight room

    OK, well everyone here will tell you that 18 is way too young to be considering steroids. and they are RIGHT!

    I would get your bodyfat checked out first. High bodyfat and steroids do not mix!! and can cause lots of extra problems.

    PCT is the most important part of any steroid cycle, and there is an entire forum here dedicated to that. I would read everything in there until you understand it.

    Diet is key in any workout or steroid routine, so get that straight for your goals first, drop bodyfat to under 15%, train for a few more years naturally and take advantage of the large amounts of natural hormones you have racing through you now before you do things to stop them.
