my name is KodaK and I am a total noob. I Used to be around 300 hundred pounds back in 06 in 07 I moved to the peoples republic of china and joined a small gym there training with the chinese everyday. I would climb a mountian everyday and swim in the lake on the other side and by the end of the day we would all meet in the gym for some intense work outs. I lost 100 pounds while i was there with out using anything and got in the best shape of my life. now its a few years later and im fatter then hell again. I have started dieting and working out rather intensely. I would like to start taking some juice but im really over weight and i am worried about it affect my heart or blood pressure or something. any recomendations on the safest route for me ? thanks guys in advance.
