    I am New and i would love some advice

    my name is KodaK and I am a total noob. I Used to be around 300 hundred pounds back in 06 in 07 I moved to the peoples republic of china and joined a small gym there training with the chinese everyday. I would climb a mountian everyday and swim in the lake on the other side and by the end of the day we would all meet in the gym for some intense work outs. I lost 100 pounds while i was there with out using anything and got in the best shape of my life. now its a few years later and im fatter then hell again. I have started dieting and working out rather intensely. I would like to start taking some juice but im really over weight and i am worried about it affect my heart or blood pressure or something. any recomendations on the safest route for me ? thanks guys in advance.

    Welcome.
    for now you need diet and cardio, don't consider gear till you're below 15%bf for a number of reasons.

    ^^^ Agreed, steroids at your current weight and bodyfat would NOT be healthy for you.

    You lost 100 lbs, you can do it again.

    You can use HGH if you want. It gets expensive as you should run it for at least 6 months to see good results

    but even with that, DIET has to be your main focus along with your workouts and cardio

    Hi,

    where in china? i would like to go, where do you recomend? I studied chinese when a kid, but can speak little.

    I was last winter in india and thailand, for six moths, and was great, if anybody has q ask me...

    that would be the misses who is in a little better shape

    Shes the dallas girl and im mario lol

    and the gym I trained in was a little 3rd world part of china called jingshan city in the hubie province next to wuhan, it was the best expierence of my life. they have some wierd training techniques, if your strugling on the bench press they light a ciggarette and put it in your mouth lol. dont know why but hey i lost a hundred pounds.

    1st. LOVE yourself.

    Say to your body that youll do best to now on keep it healthy, and that you regret the harm you created. Be critical and harsh on wrong doings, not OH, i lost 100lbs, and somehow gained 150lbs.

    This is serious shit, going yo-yo in hundreds is not good. and has psychological resons which you can attack and resolve through

    A. Zen meditation
    B. psychoanalysis.(no cheap therapies)

    No way arround it, no short cuts. Gaining weight is a sing of addictive behaviour, weight lifting can be addictive, steroids can be addictive, good looks can be addictive, BUT non of the above buys happiness, its in your head and you get it with A&B. Talk show with DrPhill will be no good.

    2nd Diet,
    1. get a nutritionist and make your menu, buy a digital scale and buy your gorceries day before and that night prepare for the following day.

    2. get a trainer to get you to a good rutine, but not to make you company at the gym.

    - working with real professionals is always a pleasure and a true motivation.

    3rd. do a blood test. When overweight a lots of tings happen, as test converts to estradiol, (read on trt bord). So you can do Proviron 50 or 100 mgs a day, it has proven to be also a mood enhancer look wikipedia.

    4. dont create new addictions, first deal with your eating compulsion, understand its causes and slowely it will go away.

    conclusion
    no short cuts in life, when you are done with all the above, THEN consider roids but not to impress others but yourself, else youll cause another addiction to arise.
