    Criticism & Opinions Welcomed

I am 21 year old college student, who has been working out for 9 years. I was a competitive powerlifter in High School, but have just recently for the last 8 months been "training". I have been trying to bulk up, gain weight, muscle, size, and to gain more all around strength. I have been using creatine and HMB supplements ( no xplode, cellmass, HMB pills) starting last august and in the for the first five months gained 25 lbs. and bench max went from 165 to 225. But for the last to months I haven't seen anymore gains. Any suggestions, I have been looking into steroids and the process since last august mainly at this site it has been very helpful and easily silenced my questions I contemplated asking back in October about the Bulking Stack pack rip off from some companies. I train 5 days a week, have the time and the dedication, I really guess I am just looking for more of an edge. It also seems like the more I eat now it just goes to my gut and if I do an ab workout or more cardio I lose weight and Muscularity.

I am mainly looking for opinions on if it seems like the time is right?

    Welcome.
to be blunt, that diet is awful, in my opinion you should spend some time in the diet section and get that squared away first.

I have just read lot of plus calories. So I have been raiding the pantry for high calories. Still only have 12.5 % body fat. I just don't know what else to get my calories from. Yes I was a very skinny SOB 5'11" 142 at one point in high school powerlifting. I only had like 5% bodyfat at that time. So as you can see I had just been doing anything possible to put on the pounds. And it wasn't doing to bad for me untill now I am just kind of stuck at 170-175.

    OP,

I will say this, I give you props for honesty.

Your diet needs serious revision, but you're in the right place to find good info.
