Hello from a new guy!
Im 29, 88kg and 6ft and am new to all of this. Joined here becasue I have started to the gym and wouldnt mind speeding things up but not go over the top becasue I read about how bad it can be to gain to much strength to soon.
Got to be said tho, there are far to many choices!! my head is spinning when trying to choose the right ones for me.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a good place to start?
I guess what I am after is to look more defined (at the moment in about as defined as a sausage)
