    Newbie sayin wats apenin bros!

    Hi
    Just joined today after reading pages of fantastic info on the site. Have to say this site really provides a clear, positive insight to how things really work! Can't wait to get a piece of the action. So I hope to get to know alot new people and friends.

    P.s Could anybody point in the right direction to an individual who I can start to discuss my training needs as I know I could just post my questions publicly on the forum but I'd prefer to do it on a one to one basis.
