First 2 cycles were sust 275 a wk. the last 2 have been sust 550 a wk with only 200 of deca. Im only using the deca for joint health. Included in the 5 cycles was a cycle of eq by itself. So I guess technically 4 cycles over being in the gym for 5 years. I have been reading alot about multi ester vs. single ester but I personally am happy with sust. Also read about PCT, been doing clomid 100 for a wk and 50 for the 3 wks i believe. Ive got a lot of questions but i guess here is the main one. Is a cycle of 550 a wk of sust and 200 a wk of deca ( keep in mind the deca is for joint health only ) a good cycle? I have been getting good gains and keeping most of them, Im open for suggestions of other cycles that you think would be good and comparable. Thanks

Yes thats a decent cycle. Sust needs injected Every Other Day (EOD)

Results depend more on your diet and. training then they do on what cycle you use.

At 5'11" and ONLY 195, I would think you could get to 210-220 NATURALLY, so I am thinking after 4-5 cycles, your diet may be holding you back.

    This is the welcome forum.

If you would like, you can start a thread in either the steroid Q&A or the Diet section and you will get more replies.

I would post up your typical days food intake with times you eat, and we can see if that needs work so you can grow like a weed.

Oops, sorry bout posting that here. A little history here, before the gym I was 120 lbs with no muscle what so ever. I got upto 175 lbs naturally only using pre and post workout supplements with protein. I know my diet is holding me back. My diet is horrible and I welcome any help. This is pretty close to my days foods:

Breakfast: 0800:typically 2-3 eggs with toast and 2 glasses of whole milk.

Inbetween breakfast and lunch I do around 60g of protein.

Lunch: 1300:typically is a chicken breast with greens and rice with milk.

Inbetween lunch and supper I do around 60g of protein again.

Supper: 1800: Usually a salad and steak with a potato and milk.

Typically around 2100 or so I do another round of protein, only at night I cut the protein down to around 30g.

Again I know this could be better and because of my job I can't eat on an exact schedule but is pretty close. All suggestions are welcomed and appericiated.
