I Have been lifting for many years and see to many people doing the same old workout day after day. For the last few years I have been training body sections instead of a body parts. The logic is simple. Example: Start with incline d-bell presses on an adjustable bench.Start at the lowest incline position for a couple of sets and raise bench 1 notch higher. Keep doing 2-3 sets per position till the bench is in fully upright and your presses are working your shoulders. Upright rows can follow, then move into shrugs. Follow the shrugs with a upper back workout, and you have now trained a whole body section. The Bi's and tri's get mixed into what ever workout you want, but I usually do Bi's with a chest area workout, and tri's with the back or leg workout. Good luck!
