why not start by posting your deit in the diet forum?

Welcome, have you talked to your Dr? Before you do any kind of cardio, I would make sure your Dr's ok with it.

amcon is offline physical pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside... The pain of quiting will lasts forever!!

to start off all you need to do is make sure you eat 6 portioned meals a day. stay away from the obvious junk, like candy, soda's, pizza etc etc. try to stay with unbleached, unprocessed, grains. whole wheat bread, brown rice, and whole wheat pasta are all good carbs for you. don't worry about the gram of protein per body weight right now but try to eat good lean protien like turkey or chicken breast, fish, egg whites with an egg or 2 and a good red meat now and again. lots of fruits and veggies. make veggies your last meals carbs.
it' easier to fight one bad habit at a time so if you don't think you you can change your diet and start working out at the same time with out getting burned out then change the diet first.
as far as routines, anything will do good at this point. walk, kick, twist, jump... it doesn't matter right now just make sure that you are doing a good effort at least once a day for 5 days out of the week.
as far as supplements just get some antioxidants and a multi vitamin right now.
this "quick plan" will give you mad results if you stick with it. good luck!
oh, and drink ALOT of water,
