Been lurking the forums for a few weeks now, and figured why not make a profile.
I'm 19 years old, 5'7, 153 lbs (now), sitting at right around 6% bodyfat. 2 months ago I weighed 135. I'm your typical hard gainer, but after bumping up the diet and training right its taken off just like I wanted, without the juice.
I've started lifting seriously 2 years ago, but due to a nasty shoulder injury I had to take some time off and only recently got back into the gym. I lost all of my old gains and was debating taking a cycle, but realized how stupid that was. As I said, 2 months in and I'm already getting close to where I was (bench is the only weight I can remember from back in the day, maxed at 245, currently at 225 :[ ) I'm not really looking to start a cycle any time soon. I'm not ruling it out for the future, maybe in a few years. Education never hurt anyone, and yall seem like pretty chill dudes.
