    Question just finished cycle 6 weeks ago

    I just finished a 13 week cycle, taking the d-bol the whole way thru instead of stopping at 4 weeks, 40 mg per day. I did test and deca injections all along. Felt a crash the second week after stopping, but was fine in the 3rd week after. Now it is 6 weeks after. I am thinking of starting again in maybe 4 weeks. Is that too soon? I have kept 70% of my gains and appear to have leveled off in losses. Most loss occurred within 2 weeks. This is the first time, in my 4 total cycles over several years, where I kept the gains. The other times I slacked working out after - not this time. I was thinking of getting a testosterone blood test to see if I am back to normal and therefore ready to go again. Is that a good idea? What should the test numbers be, approximately? Is this too soon to start again? Thanks!

    Age - 44
    Height - 6'
    Weight - before cycle was 204, but during cycle lost about 8 pounds fat. Peak was 218 at end of cycle, so gained about 22 pounds muscle. 6 weeks after cycle I'm now stabilized at 211, about 15 pounds muscle kept, almost 70% of gains retained.
    Bodyfat - don't know, but can see light sixpack, not deep, I am happy with that.
    Diet - 4 large protein-filled meals a day, 1 40-gram protein shake after workout. So 5 all.
    Training - 5 days a week, mon-fri, 15 min treadmill, 45 min heavy weights, 5-way split. Ex. - mon is chest day. warmups, then 6 sets flat bench to failure, 4 sets incline bench to failure. Finished. Ex. - tues is back day. warmups, then 6 sets pullups to failure. 4 sets dumbbell bent-over rows. Finished.
    Goals - keep getting as big as possible, as fast as possible. Staying reasonably lean is not a problem for me. If I eat clean. I don't get water retention.
    PCT knowledge - little. This time I took 1 tablet Tamoxifen per day for 20 days, just finishing now. Started that in weeks 4-6 post-cycle. Am in 6th week post-cycle now.

    Cycle was 1 ml shot of Deca a week, 2 shots of an ampoule (250) of test enanthate a week, and 4 d-bol a day,(10 mg each), before the workout. Same for 13 weeks.

    I think my next cycle will be 2 shots of Deca a week, 1 ml each. 2 shots of 250 test enanthate a week. And only 2 d-bol a day after the first 4 weeks.

    I am VERY satisfied with the growth I got this last time. I look much bigger. But of course it is never enough.

    what did you do for PCT for this cycle?

    13 weeks on dbol is pretty harsh on the liver, did you use any liver support?

    nice to know your regaining your size.

    A cycle just does not affect your testo levels but also lot of other things like your lever, kidney, etc.

    The rule of thumb is No of weeks on = no of weeks off. ALTEAST.

    so after a 13 week cycle keep going clean for another 13 weeks.

    Steroids are dangerous because they are addictive and make u keep coming bacl for more. Dont let that happen to u.
