    Thumbs up Older Newbie in NYC

    38 years old ..Trying to plan my first cycle ....bewildering choices...5'7" 145lbs /20% bf...Work as a fireman ..Need to get a lot more active too...Looking to look defined /cut...Looking at eq/w, winny , enthate, jintropin, don't know what combo i need
