    Need Advice From The Pros

    Hi guys ! Great site ! I've been reading the forums for weeks looking for answer's... Every time I find an answer I get a new question in my head lol !

    Here's my situation : been working out for over two years around 5 times a week only on natural products gained weight and size, but for the pasts mounts I'm stuck at the same weight...

    My Stats :

    Height : 5'8"
    Age : 30
    Weight : 160

    I can't get pass the 160 ! I gained 2 pounds in 4 mouths !

    My diet : 6 meals a day, GH every day, Creatine after workout, BCAA twice a day, Vitamin's.

    My question(s) : Been reading about Anapolon (I'm Canadian) and I like the fact that it would help me to get pass the 160 barrier like a "Jump Start". But I've read that after taking it all gains will go a way after I stop my cycle...

    I just want to pass this barrier one simple cycle nothing more but I don't want to loose it after taking it. Maybe there's nothing out there ? Any help ?

    PS : I don't know if this helps but I've been skinny my entire life, I can eat loads of junk food for weeks and I will not gain any fat at all !

    I am guessing your diet isn't as good as you think .

    Post up a typical days food intake and times you eat and lets start there

    there is no sense in starting steroids if you are gonna just lose your gains after the cycle cause you don't know how to eat

    there is also a LOT of other things that need done when you take steroids. Its not just taking them and thats it. there is so much more you need to know and do.

    but lets start with diet

    3 protein's shakes a day, plus 3 meals strong on carbs.

    I want to keep it after my cycle and keep going to the gym and continue a strict diet.

    I just want to get "Bulkier" I guess and break the 160 that I'm stock.

    Hey bro, you need to break this down into specifics, like the times you eat and the grams taken in

    EXAMPLE
    7 am 3whole eggs, 3 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup milk (50g protien, 60g carbs, 16g fat)

    10 am------and so on

    This will give us plenty of detail to direct you in the proper way

    7:00 am : 4 GH pills with water plus Pre-workout Nanomolecular Vascular Expender with loads of water.

    7:30 am : Workout and after workout creatine

    9:00 am : Breakfest two eggs some cheese orange juice and 4 BCAA pills

    11:00 am : Proteine Shake

    12:30 am : Lunch will be different each time but I try mostly go for chicken and cold meats plus vitamine's

    16:00 pm : Proteine Shake

    18:30 pm : Diner, like lunch it will be different each time plus vitamines plus 4 BCAA pills

    11:00 pm : Proteine Shake

    And just before bed time I will take 2 GH pills.

    The thing I look like Bruce Lee full of muscles but skinny like hell... And I'm so full during the day I just don't know how I can eat drink more...

    Yes we need to redo that diet.... Your gains will depend on your diet.... not drugs

    and GH pills??? Just so you know you're not taking real GH, just some over the counter crap thats a waste of money

    Yup over the counter GH (Growth Hormones) and they are expensive like hell !

    You want to gain mass on that?

    I wish I could modify your"diet" but you really gotta re-do it.

    Check the Diet forum, read and read and then read some more.

    Put a real diet together after understanding the principles of it and then you'll get great constructive critisizim.

    The good thing is you eat mutiple meals and that is the first step
    Now eat 1.5 to 2 g of protien per body pound. then divide it into you meals
    You need calories to gro so make sure you eat lots of carbs(at least 2 g per body pound)
    Eat essential fatty acids
    Lift heavy and dont overtrain

    I will start a new Diet starting monday after reading the diet forums, really great info in there !

    GH pills = Growth Hormones pills, should I stop taking them ?

    I need to buy more Proteins any brand that I should buy ?

    So I should get Whey Proteins For the morning shake and Casein Proteins for the night shake ?

    What about those 1000 Cals Shakes ?
