Hey everyone... 24 year old dude here, bout to turn 25 on in a week and I'm just trying to get back into the swing of things. No cycles yet, but maybe one in the future (maybe). Just tryin' to come and hangout and maybe use this place as a sort of motivation. I used to lift pretty heavy and was serious about it, but then I injured my back in November. Haven't done much since and it's really taken a terrible toll on my body.
Setting up a diet and a workout plan that I'll be sticking with. Hope to see some quick results and hope to gain some knowledge from all of you.
