    Unhappy Need help for my first cycle

    hi,i am 35yrs 5.11..160lbs..18%bf...am a professional dancer and am looking at starting a cycle to put on lean mass,soothe my joint overuse and build up my endurance and stamina..was thinking of a cycle something like this

    deca wk1-100mg..wk2-4-200mg
    eq wk2-100mg..wk3-8-200mg
    dbol wk1-2-3....30/40/50 mg/day.oral
    masteron wk5-8..200mg/wk
    winstrol wk5-8..50mg/day.oral
    nolvadex..wk3-8..10mg/day

    pct. hcg1500i.u and nolva30mg once a week for 3weeks
    wk9-11 clomid 50mgx2/day
    wk9-11 arimidex 1mg/day

    i know its a pretty heavy cycle for first time but want to avoid serious sides with test or tren..also need a lean look with aide to joints for more rigorous dancing

    can someone guide me please

    Welcome.. As its your first cycle you should be looking at test only, your bf% also needs to come down...

    hi matt,thanks for your reply..

    Have done lot of research took lot of advice..being a dancer the professionals dont suggest test due to sides,plus it dont help rectify my joints

    also just wondering why the bf needs to come down..wont it come down when i am on the cycle..what is an ideal bf for starters..and how do i acheive it as fat burners give me lot of headache plus being an ecto my fats prominent only at my waistline

    Trust me the sides you'll suffer from your proposed cycle will far far out weight those of a test only, if you have problems with your joints then you could run deca.
    That cycle is just about the worst i have seen on here in a long time.
    Post it in the q&a forum for more feedback, i could be wrong lol...

    How long have you been working out for? If your bf% is to high blood preasure becomes a problem...

    working out on and off since last 4 yrs..my back got damaged so it shuts me whenever i get to better weights..so i come down to initial body weight then start again..hence the bf

    Bro! welcome...
    Research on test e or test c and PCT! 1st cycle should be simple and test only is the best. IMO!
    your body fat is high lower it to at least 15%.

    IMO your body fat is too high for aas. if it is stamina that u are after, you should probably go talk to a doc and get some blood work done before taking the aas dive without proper planning, knowledge, or a reasonable, solid, and attainable goal. i definitely do not recommend deca and eq together if lean mass is what u are after.

    You can get very good advise from guys on this forum

    From my direct experience, I lost a very high percentage of my body fat using HGH, along with a smart diet.

    There is lots of good information available from the guys on this forum. Before I went against any advise given here (from the above comments), I'd make darn sure I had very good and reliable information.

    I question your plan to use EQ and Deca without Test or why you would choose o do both on a first cycle without Test, but I have no direct knowledge. However, these guys know first hand.

    There is also cycle information under the user menu when you go to the general part of this site, outside of this forum. I trust the information provided on this site because I've checked it out and can find no fault in it whatsoever. Your plan goes against much of what I've learned here and I would advise that you proceed with extreme caution.
