Hello all!
Obviously a new member here and have a lot of questions! I live in Indiana and have always been a physical person. Wrestled from 4th grade to 11 (Only quit because my school dropped the program), joined the military at 18 and did a tour in Kuwait. After I got out I continued to work out until roughly a year ago when I injured my shoulder. I recently had surgery (02/02/09) and currently in PT.
My stats are:
29 (30 this year and going through a midlife crisis about it LMAO)
5'8"
158 pounds
Don't know my body fat % but am really unhappy with the pudge developed around my midsection.
My goals would be to cut my body fat out, specially the pudge mentioned above. In addition, I would love to stay around the same as far as my wieght goes but wouldn't mind getting up around 170!
