BigBoy ya one more noob, sorry...
Hi all
Been popping in and out to check on progress photos for awhile, there's sum great transformations.
Great to see.
Im at the point where I would like to try a cycle. My goal is to add mass and lose fat. Maybe I need to run a cut cycle first ?
Here's my stats:
Age: 30
hight 6" 0"
weight: 203lb (I have around 20/25lb of pure fat on me)
BF% 19%
At mo I'm bulking, eating around 3500/4000 kcals of learn protein and lots of complex carbs. I train 3x a week 5x5.
My question is this:
Whats the best cycle for cutting, I hear clen is sweet. Also what would be the safest, I understand this isn't a safe way of going about things but if done right all should be well.

at 19%bf the only cycle you should be on is a bi-cycle.
no offense, it's just healthier and safe to cut that bf before using AS.

Ha derek
I say 19%, that was 2months ago so might be a point or two higher ?. I got hols coming up and would really like to be cut up for the summer. But When ever I do a cut I lose fat very slowly and I burn to much muscle.
And sorry but what does bi-cycle mean, searching now...
Note Im from the UK...

What does "I got hols coming up mean"? Sorry I'm from the states.
start a thread in the diet forum to get more specific feedback about your diet.
I don't know what your cardio is like, but your cals look a lil high to me.

Ha I google it and all I got was bikes
Hols= holidays.
I've tried 2400 then 2000 and then 1700. Im pritty cut up but for the belly. There are those who need to little aid to remove that last bit of fat. My diet is spot on, always has been. When it comes to diet I no my sh*t. Cardio is HilT and Liss 6x a week D1 45mins of Liss D2 20mins HilT repeat.
Anyway thanks Ill post questions in the right place.
I am 100% going to try a cycle I just need help in finding the right one for me...

post up your daily food intake.
but I do understand, I'm 31, and keeping the fat low (for me at least) is nothing like it was when I was 21.

Dave Palumbo's Diet For Cutting
At mo Im doing this:
MEAL #1
5 whole eggs (make sure to buy *****-3 EGGS from the supermarket. They contain virtually NO saturated fat and tons of good *****-3 fats); add another 4 egg whites to this (they don?t need to be the *****-3 ones; you can use liquid egg whites)
MEAL #2
SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 ? tablespoon of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar)
MEAL #3
"Lean Protein Meal": 8oz chicken with 1/2-cup cashew nuts (almonds, or walnuts)
MEAL #4
SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 ? tablespoons of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar added)
MEAL #5
"Fatty Protein Meal": 8oz Salmon, Swordfish, or RED MEAT with a green salad (no tomatoes, carrots, or red peppers) with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil or Macadamia nut oil and vinegar
MEAL #6
SHAKE: 50g Whey with 1 ? tablespoon all natural peanut butter or 4 whole (*****-3) eggs and 4 extra whites

lol...I'm not a fan.
anyway, that's no where near the 3500-4000 cals you mentioned above.

Im in like 2minds, I cant deside. To cut or bulk whats best in the long run. Started bulking a few weeks back as I was not losing any fat. Thats diet I use when cutting...

Im thinking of running this ?
Cutting Stack* Includes: 1 Clen *; 1 Winn-50*; 1 Tren 75
Look I was very fat once, 252lb. Got that down to 194lb and the gut still there. For sum reason my body screams stopp when ever I go below 200lb. I tried other diets like KeTo, but I'll only drop a few pounds and Im guessing that was from the water in carbs. Doing weeks and weeks of 16/1800kcals ant fun and it just does not work for me.
I tried EC stack once and that seam to work, but getting the real deal in the UK is very hard.

first, don't take that winn-50 and tren -75 crap.
second, head over to the diet forum, and they'll help you out over there.
no need for you to be on 1800cals a day at 200lbs. that's not enough. keep the cals higher and use cardio to make the difference.
what's your cardio like now?

Cardio good.
I do 45minutes of liss on MON/TUES/THUR PM
and 20minutes of HilT on SUN/WED/FRI PM
+I do 3 5x5 lifting session.
As for kcals I dont normal drop them below 2200/2400 I only dropped them that low cos I wasnt losing weight...

you don't need to cycle.
you need to head over to the diet forum. and post your diet like I suggest 2x already.
develop a plan and stick with it.
this is the new members area. everyone's just going to say welcome.
