Been popping in and out to check on progress photos for awhile, there's sum great transformations.
Great to see.
Im at the point where I would like to try a cycle. My goal is to add mass and lose fat. Maybe I need to run a cut cycle first ?
Here's my stats:
Age: 30
hight 6" 0"
weight: 203lb (I have around 20/25lb of pure fat on me)
BF% 19%
At mo I'm bulking, eating around 3500/4000 kcals of learn protein and lots of complex carbs. I train 3x a week 5x5.
My question is this:
Whats the best cycle for cutting, I hear clen is sweet. Also what would be the safest, I understand this isn't a safe way of going about things but if done right all should be well.
