5’9” 192 lbs currently body fat not sure but I am lean.
I had back surgery due to sports injury in 2007. I tore my L-5 and L-4 in my lower back. A Dynesys Dynamic Stabilization System fixed that problem. My body is back to 100%. I have been working on my speed and spring football will end this weekend. I have been doing mat drills for the last couple of weeks. Looking to bulk back to playing weight this summer and eat, work out, sleep. I am trying to lock myself up this summer and train hard. Lifting nothing but heavy this summer with the strength coach at school. My goal is to reach 215 lbs once again. I have done 2 cycles in my life. Would like to start a third but would like some help please!!!
