Hello to everyone, I am new to this site and just need some help. I am 37 almost 38 .I have been lifting on and off for about twenty years. After getting married and 3 kids later I find my self working 3rd shift(7pm to 7am) weighting in @325 lbs. I'm 5'10" and have a 44 inch waist. one year ago I could bench well above my weight and could hippsled 3 times that much. Well a year later I try getting back into the gym and I have cleaned up my diet (for me anyway) also i do cardio 3 to 4 times a week.Nothing seems to help.So here i am. I dont know what to look for and dont know what ?'s to ask, pleas help. Over weight dad.
