Welcome. I lived in Alverstoke for a few years, a bit south and west. Back in the states now though. T

Hey guys, thank you for the friendly welcome! Happy to see a few people of local lerking around the forum, lol.
I train in a local gym near to where i work in London mainly, have done since i started work there 4 - 5yrs ago. I also train at an MMA school namely "keddles" in st marys cray for those that know it?
Boxer1, nice to meet you.. - my goals are aimed in 2 areas really, im 6,2ft i have always find it hard to put on weight, i first started gym weighing something ridiculous like 138lbs, now im 185lbs and have developed a foundation naturally that i thought would never possible. Its taken me 4 hard years however and i've flat lined n the last 6 - 9months. No matter how much i chop and change my diet i dont seem to be improving in building mass or strength. Im looking to improve my strength as within MMA i finding it hard at the moment & tire quite easily - my new trainning programme is helpping but i still feel under weight, 200lb would be my ideal target.
I've been researching alot and have planned out for would i think would be my first ideal cycle - its nice to know im in an enviroment with people like yourselves who can help out with questions & experinse should i need it. For the last 3months the search button here has been my best friend! lol
again, nice to meet you all...
James
