    I'm a Newbie

    Hey Guys!

I was nosing around the site a bite and I found some really useful info here, answered a lot of questions without having to ask.

I've been working out for a couple of years now. Im 22, 5'8", at 180lbs out of the great state of TX. Really wanting to add some more muscle and looking forward to ya's advise on the best way of doing that. Here to listen and learn.

    See ya!

Thank you guys for the greetings!
So whats the proper way to start as a newbie? I read all the educational forums you recomend us newbies to...what not to ask/say...etc.
So what are the proper steps for a newbie to not piss anyone off and gain some trust/find some good "supplements"?
