Hey guys. I'm 25, 165 and 6'0. I've been lifting since grade 12 but took one year off. I got skinnier during my year off, so I got back into full tilt. I took a year off cause i hit a real bad plateau.

I haven't been able to bench, curl or press anymore than since i took a year off. I figured it would take 6 months to get it back, and it only took 3. But Yet again I've really hit a wall.

I'm naturally really thin, but i'm sure with a little gear I can start lifting more. I'd like to only put on about 20 pounds in the next few years. I mostly want strength to throw around the bikes!! I've got a few questions to help me get there but I'll put them in another thread.

From what i've read, you guys have been helpful and brutally honest. Which is what a guys needs sometimes!! Looking forward to some good posts!
