Just wanted to get on here and say hi to everyone and give you guys some stats to base future advice off of.
I'm a male
24 years old
6'1"
200 lbs
12% body fat
10 years experience lifting
0 experience with gear but very knowledgeable in the department of biology and chemistry (this is where you guys will come in!)
I will be starting some threads very soon and hope to hear from everybody Im not sensitive, so bring on the criticism!
