Greetings everyone....
Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I have been working out for about 20 years (am currently 40 years old). I guess I reached my genetic potential when I was 25 (165 lbs at 8% body fat) and have maintained that until about 5 years ago when my fiance passed away. Lost all interest in working out and blew up like a balloon...(215 lbs approx. 25-30% body fat).
Started working out again about 2.5 years ago (HITT cardio and lots of lifting) and am now back to the way I was before. I'm on this site because I was thinking of possibly going on a cycle and trying to add some more lean mass and have been researching on how to go about it...
This site seems pretty interesting as it seems like there are a lot of knowledgeable people here and I hope to use it to help me in my research.
